Two Year Guarantee At Unigue Garden Centre, we strive to offer superior plants so that you may be assured that your garden will thrive and look its best during this season and for seasons to come! Should any of your trees and/or shrubs fail to live within two years from date of purchase, Unique will credit you 100% of your original purchase price providing your sales slip and dead plant are returned. There will be no cash refunds. It must be emphasized that with transplanting some plant material may be slow to leaf out. If you have problems please phone us before you return the stock. You may be pulling out a live tree! Effective 1993 all cedar varieties will no longer be covered by our guarantee. After 18 years of experience we have concluded that cedars cannot tolerate the average Regina planting site, and still result in attractive specimens under realistic maintenance procedures. Rather than increasing our prices, we have decided to omit cedars from our guarantee but to substantially decrease our prices for cedars. Our staff would be pleased to offer alternative suggestions for plants more suitable to the Regina landscape. We reserve the right to question the condition in which plants have been grown and can refuse replacement if there is evidence of any damage by accident, extreme weather occurrences such as hail, lightening, flooding or tornado; 2,4-D or any other chemical, dogs or cats, failure to control for insect and plant diseases, and failure to properly plant & care for plants, according to our specifications. Items not covered by our guarantee include all cedar varieties, Dwarf Alberta Spruce, perennials, strawberries, bulbs, tea roses, bedding plants, tropical & houseplants, clematis, seeds and delivery charges. Stock must be returned before the two year period with original receipt as proof of purchase. No replacement on outstanding accounts. Delivery Service For the convenience of our customers, product purchased at Unique Garden Centre can generally be delivered the same day to addresses within the city. Delivery rates are based on a quantity of goods that can be safely loaded within a half-ton truck and vary if the per piece weight requires one or two people to load and un-load. Free Plant Identification Perhaps you've recently moved to a new home & garden, or you've seen it on a walk, or its been growing in your yard and none of your friends knows its name. Is it a weed or a great prize? Our experienced sales staff may be the answer. Bring in a clipping, including, if possible, the flower, or fruit, or seed and we'll help you identify it. Free Plant Problem Identification Though it may be possible to correctly identify a plant health concern over the phone, we highly recommend that you bring a small sample of the problem, safely sealed in a plastic bag, into our Garden Centre for our staff to more accurately identify the pest or disease and offer advice on the best control measures.
